Letter of Guarantee
A Letter of Guarantee is a written agreement between a landlord, tenant, and guarantor which sets out the guarantor's responsibility to cover the tenant's rent should they be unable to.
A Property Inventory is a comprehensive list of the condition and contents of a property including details such as make, model, serial numbers, etc.
An Addendum Agreement is an additional agreement to an existing contract between a landlord and tenant. Commonly used when agreeing a new rent.
